Yes! A special event policy is required, with host alcohol coverage if applicable. 

We have a semi-open vendor policy-they are required to be insured and carry appropriate certifications. We do not charge a fee to work outside of our list!

We do not require a full wedding planner, however we do require a Day of Coordinator!

Yes, there is a 15-20% rate increase. 

We are located 45 minutes from the Asheville airport, and 30 minutes to the nearest hotel. We have Air BnB options as close as 5 minutes away! See list below

Yes and Yes! A Licensed & Insured bartender is required to serve all alcohol, and if they allow you to provide your alcohol for them to serve we allow that also. We do have a closed Vendor Policy for Bar Service, we have a great preferred Vendors list to choose from.
