Non-wedding occasions

Are you looking to celebrate another type of event with us?  We will happily help you with your party needs, such as birthdays, baby showers, family reunions, or work-related and corporate events. 

All non-wedding events will be subject to availability, there is a 1/2 day rental minimum on all packages. 

Having an intimate event such as a birthday party or baby shower? 

No onsite staff or parking attendant is provided. Set up and clean up renters responsibility. 

• 1/2 Day (5hrs) $500
• Full Day (10hrs) $800

Are you planning something a bit larger and more formal? Like a work-related event, family/school reunion? 

Venue/Parking attendant provided, chair and table service included. 

• 1/2 Day (5hrs) $1000
• Full Day (10hrs) $1500

Are you planning a large work-related event, a corporate function, or a church gathering? 

Venue/Parking attendant required, chair and table service included. 

• 1/2 Day (5hrs) $1800
• Full Day (10hrs) $2300

Already married? Eloping and need a reception only? Anniversary party? 150 guests or less, we have you covered.

• 8 hours $2500
