Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! A special event policy is required, with host alcohol coverage if applicable. 


We have a semi-open vendor policy-they are required to be insured and carry appropriate certifications. We do not charge a fee to work outside of our list!


We do not require a full wedding planner, however we do require a Day of Coordinator!


Yes, there is a 15-20% rate increase. 


We are located 45 minutes from the Asheville airport and 30 minutes from the nearest hotel. We have Airbnb options as close as .2 miles away! See the list below


Yes and Yes! A Licensed & Insured bartender is required to serve all alcohol, and if they allow you to provide your alcohol for them to serve we allow that also. We do have a closed Vendor Policy for Bar Service, we have a great preferred Vendors list to choose from.

We are a hard Liquor free venue
