Onsite fully functional kitchen equipped with serving supplies, chafing dishes, coffee urn, & beverage containers

The main building is climate controlled with a 1000sqft great room which can serve as a multi-use area

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! A special event policy is required, with host alcohol coverage if applicable. 


No! We have an open vendor policy-they are required to be insured and carry appropriate certifications. 


Not as of now! However we strongly encourage this!


Yes, there is a 15% rate increase. 


We are located 45 minutes from the Asheville airport, and 30 minutes to the nearest hotel. We have Air BnB options as close as 5 minutes away! 


Yes and Yes! A Licensed & Insured bartender is required to serve all alcohol, and if they allow you to provide your own alcohol for them to serve we allow that also.
